As a coach, he specializes in working with individuals across North America in middle-management positions, new and struggling workforce leaders, and rising stars to gain critical leadership skills that help them navigate their careers and their teams with intention and success. He enjoys helping clients gain the confidence and necessary skills to engage in difficult conversations, effectively lead teams and manage expectations, think strategically, resolve conflicts, develop critical communication skills, set and achieve goals, as well as increase their overall engagement, performance and effectiveness as employees.
Blair has a corporate background in Human Resources, where prior to becoming a full-time Coach, he held various management and consultative roles across both the private and public sectors, working in the natural resources, government, not-for-profit, and post-secondary industries. His unique HR background and passion for helping business professionals grow gives his clients a unique behind-the-scenes perspective that for many is invaluable.
Trained at the Rayner Institute, Blair takes a whole-person approach to coaching as he believes personal and professional lives are often intertwined. His clients often develop skills that not only elevate and accelerate their careers, but also help them become better versions of themselves outside of work. Blair takes pride in customizing every session for his clients and being there to support his clients every step of the way in their journey as they work towards achieving what they want to be, do, or have in life.
