Cindy’s career includes leading HR teams and partnering with business leaders in high growth, global organizations. She has extensive experience in developing managers and leaders as they move into new roles requiring new skillsets and a different mindset. She believes the best leaders know how to engage with their teams through change and challenging situations. Cindy looks for ways to assist leaders to become ‘talent magnets’ or managers people really want to work for. This means truly connecting with employees, building high performing teams, knowing team and individual strengths and being mindful of who someone is as a leader.
In building HR teams, Cindy’s experience includes growing a team from 8 to over 100, as well as managing people across several countries. Her focus has been on Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Diversity & Inclusion. She believes that employees at all levels can benefit from working with a coach, not just the executive level team.
Cindy has lived in Seattle, Los Angeles and currently resides in Austin, Texas. She loves to travel for work and fun to meet different people and to understand their cultures and how they differ or are the same.
