Kathy helped me on a difficult restructuring process related to a M&A activity. I was responsible for managing a critical process, however, not empowered. Kathy helped me communicate the issues, navigate the challenges, and resolve conflicts with peers and c-level executives, resulting in minimal disruption during the execution of the restructure. She listened closely, dedicated the time to understand the issues and helped me strategize different options to aid me in selecting the best course of action.
