She has a consistent record of exceeding and leading progressive HR practices, talent management, employee, and labor relations.
Kathy is forward-thinking, continually assessing new ideas and technology to address modern business challenges working in collaboration with business teams. Kathy most recently served as Vice President Human Resources, supporting Global Supply Chain and Information Technology functions at Revlon Consumer Products. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration/Human Resource Management degree from Strayer University and a Human Resource Management Certification from Duke University.
