I’ve worked with Rachel for almost 5 years at the corporate level. Rachel is the definition of an inspiring leader. Her autonomous work style allowed the HR team in to feel empowered to make decisions, whilst also being supported. The first thing I noticed about Rachel was her friendly approachable nature. Even though Rachel is a Senior Vice President, she makes time for people and her door is always open.
