Tina was my HR Business Partner and I wanted to make a shift and move into a new role that was more aligned with my passion and interest. There were some gaps in my skillset and there were skills I had that had gone under utilized. Tina was very adept in helping me to uncover the skills I was not using and helping me understand how to present them in the internal interview process. She coached me on how to “sell” myself during the process and how to demonstrate my ability to overcome the gaps in my experience. Her coaching and advice was invaluable. I was able to successfully post and land an internal promotion. She was a huge part of my journey and I could not have done it without her.
