Tracy partners with professionals who are ready to take a leap forward in their careers, lead substantial change, develop leadership best practices, and create more engaged teams.  She combines business acumen with coaching and development tools to maximize impact, helping people in their careers by utilizing a strengths-based communication and leadership approach.

Early in her career, she held consulting and managerial positions at large companies such as Ernst & Young, JPMorgan and Hewlett Packard, and, at start-ups including Esurance and POPSUGAR. Here, she gained first-hand insights about what makes a great leader and observed that almost every leader, at every level of seniority and success benefits from coaching!

She studied business at Wharton and Michigan Business School and spent the early part of her career working on Wall Street and with Silicon Valley management teams. Tracy is a certified Executive Coach.
