Imagine you are thinking freely and speaking easily about what you do best, the work you love, and the future you want. You feel a sense of comfort, energy, and confidence as you explore your path with focus and clarity.
We can get you into a mindset of possibility, where you seek the changes you want and successfully navigate the changes around you. Our work will motivate and inspire you to define and achieve what matters most to you – financial security, professional status, healthy relationships, meaningful work, or making an impact on a cause or industry.
If you are looking for a coach who will help you balance your big goals with a practical grounding in what works, we would be a good fit. I will support you to hold yourself accountable so that you will be more productive and find your own solutions. I love working with people going through a significant career transition, managing change within a current job, or self-employed since that can mean an ongoing state of change.
My work has made it possible for hundreds of individuals to make positive changes and overcome obstacles. My approach to coaching is informed by my clinical training and experience as a psychologist. Earlier in my career, I worked as a therapist to heal the past and improve functioning. Now, I coach people who are doing well to go further and make their personal and professional goals a reality.
I grew up in California and have lived in New York City for over a decade. I graduated from UC Berkeley and the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco.
“When I came to Amy I was feeling very frustrated with the job searching process. Amy was able to help me transform my anxiety into aspiration. In working with Amy, I was able to go beyond planning out what my next job would look like by challenging myself about what I really wanted, and giving myself permission to plot out how to achieve my goals. Having this clearer vision made me feel much more confident and in control, and I strongly recommend Amy’s services to anyone who is struggling with this often times very difficult transition.”

“When I came to Amy for help with next career moves she was able to brilliantly walk the line between being a grounding force and an inspirational guide at the same time! She helped me to dream big about what I wanted to do while always holding me accountable to the practical and helpful next steps I needed to do day by day to bring that vision to reality. I would not have made the progress I did without her support.”

She’s an excellent communicator who goes above and beyond to help others—and I’m very grateful that she has helped me. Her thought process, conversations, guidance and recommendations are detail-oriented, while realistically focusing on what can be implemented in the short-term and long-term. I would highly recommend Amy for your coaching needs.”
