Ed is a leadership coach with 7+ years of experience working with leaders of all levels to align their intentions with their impact. No two coaching clients are the same, so he is curious and interested in how each client defines “success”. Ed believes that successful coaching relationships need commitment and the willingness to reflect and do self-work.
Ed is passionate about meeting people where they are to set them up for success. Through coaching, he has helped people grow in self-awareness and confidence, to take responsibility for leading themselves and not to be hijacked by distractions and arbitrary expectations. Ed’s perspectives on coaching are strongly influenced by servant leadership and Richard Schwartz’s Internal Family Systems model. He is certified in Everything DiSC® and the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) and has used these coaching tools to uncover blind spots as well as strengths with his clients.
Ed is an adjunct faculty member at Champlain College and teaches courses for the M.S. in Human Relations and Organizational Development program. He is also the co-founder of Measured Leadership, LLC, an organizational development consultancy that works with leaders and teams to improve and enhance the experience people have at work. He received his M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University and a B.S. in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

“Working with Ed has been an incredible experience for me and has been very beneficial in regards to my personal intercultural development. Ed did an amazing job opening my eyes to my own unconscious bias. Through working with Ed, I was able to identify a starting point, an end goal, and a clear way to grow.”
