Ellen loves continuous learning and holds a number of nationally recognized certifications. She is ACC certified through ICF and a Certified Professional Coach and is a master practitioner of the Energy Leadership Assessment through IPEC. Ellen is also certified in skill assessments like MBTI (Myers-Briggs Instrument) and Social Styles. These can be incredibly valuable in helping leaders identify their strengths and any improvement areas to become even stronger for their teams.
