“Kim has been the single most powerful force in my career. No one shows you what you need to get promoted within an organization. Kim worked with me to understand my career aspirations and was able to coach and guide me through the experience I needed to get there. More importantly, we worked on the attributes I needed to move up within my organization. I was already promoted twice and I am still working with her as my next move is CFO. I cannot thank her enough.”

“Ms. Kim was instrumental in getting my career off the ground and moving in the direction I needed. I wanted to be seen as a true business partner and Ms. Petry was able to pin point where I needed to “brush up” and determined what I needed in order to move into my dream position and be part of management within my company. Ms. Kim also took into account the culture in which I operated which is so critical to success. I am now in my dream job thanks to Ms. Kim.”

“All I can say is wow. I knew accounting and finance but I did not know how to put it all together to really provide value in an organization. Kim was able to show me exactly how to become a valuable team player. She worked with me to understand my weaknesses and strengths. I also was lacking in my presentation skills and delivery. Kim honed in on what I needed to do to have management take me seriously. I am now deputy CFO and I could not have done it without her. I am now on the path to CFO and could not be happier. And management truly values me.”
