Lisa is a global HR executive and industrial/organizational psychologist, with over 25 years of vast HR experience in a wide array of companies and industries. She is a people-oriented and results-driven leader with strong business acumen who has demonstrated the ability to create robust partnerships to drive change, improve performance, and deliver business growth at multinational firms. Lisa possesses a successful track record in designing and implementing strategies to develop talent, strengthen organizational and leadership effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and achieve efficiencies to meet business and employee needs. She has been a mentor to many experienced and aspiring professionals over the years and is passionate about helping leaders and employees grow and succeed both at work and in their personal lives.
Most recently Lisa was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Corporate Risk Holdings, a global leader in diversified risk and information services, and the parent company for Kroll, HireRight, and Kroll Ontrack. Prior to that role, she was Senior Vice President of HR for Cengage Learning, an educational content, technology, and services company for the higher education, K-12, professional, and library markets worldwide. Lisa has also held a variety of HR leadership positions over the years at Deloitte Consulting, Philip Morris USA, and IBM.
Lisa has Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a B.A. in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany. She is a member of several professional organizations and has been involved in numerous community volunteer activities over the years. A native New Yorker, she now resides with her husband in Ridgefield, CT where they have raised their two sons
