“Mark as Chief Financial Officer was more than my boss; he was my mentor, and we continued our mentoring relationship after I joined another company. Mark motivated me to do my best, and I attribute his coaching to me being promoted from Corporate Controller to Chief Financial Officer. Seeing Mark in action in a publicly-traded company, I witnessed him develop others for success and promotion both in finance and in operations. Our coaching centered on managing others both up and down in the organization as well as across different departments, time prioritization, and creating innovation. I see Mark as a transformational leader excelling at navigating positive change management and optimizing personal performance.”
